Playing Experience: Played all sports from soccer, basketball, swimming, softball and field hockey through high school. Received All-district, All-Region, and All-State honors Junior and Senior year of high school for field hockey. Went to Christopher Newport University to play field hockey. Started in 52 out of 55 games throughout the 4 years and was named Captain my junior and senior year.

Coaching Experience: Began coaching career as Assistant Coach at Mountain View High School from 2005-2007. After taking a hiatus from coaching to start a family and move to Charleston, SC, I re-entered coaching in a variety of youth level programs for 8 years. Became Head Coach of club soccer program in 2023 and developed a strong team built around culture and fundamentals.
